Flat rates

One rate per order, set by the largest thing in it. Everything ships from the South Bay via USPS or UPS, insured.

• Local pickup in the South Bay — free

When it goes out

I pack orders myself, usually within three business days. Paintings take a little longer because they get a custom box. You'll get tracking by email either way.

Returns

If a piece isn't right for your space, email me within 14 days of delivery and send it back unused in its original packing for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on the buyer. Commissions are final sale.

If it arrives broken

Photograph the box and the piece before you unpack anything further and email me. Everything ships insured and I will make it right — refund or remake, your call.

Care

Ceramics marked food safe are dishwasher and microwave safe. Decoupage shells and suncatchers are sealed but not waterproof — keep them indoors and dust them dry. Paintings prefer indirect light.
